Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Provides direct patient care to infants, children, adolescents, adults and geriatric patients. This position uses a variety of occupational therapy techniques to restore injured or disabled patients to maximum functional ability, independence and freedom from pain. Performs related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM Qualifications:
Education:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a master’s or a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy.
Experience:
None
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Ability to function independently.
* Ability to function as an effective team member.
* Ability to work 2 weekend shifts per month when working in Per Diem Burn Rehab OT – Weekend job title.
Licensure/Registration/Certification:
Registration with the Minnesota State Department of Health as an occupational therapist.
